About vitazelos.

vitazelos. exists because most health information sits at one of two extremes: the clinical coldness of a medical journal, or the breathless overclaiming of a supplement advertisement. Neither serves the adult who simply wants to understand what is happening in their body and what, if anything, is worth doing about it.

We are an editorial health property committed to one thing: straight answers, supported by evidence, written for people who are intelligent enough to handle the nuance.

What We Cover

vitazelos. focuses on the health topics that matter most to adults in their productive years — the areas where changes tend to happen gradually, where the medical system often provides little proactive guidance, and where good information makes a genuine difference.

Phase 1 covers four men's health topic areas: hormone health (testosterone, energy, and cognitive function), sexual health, hair loss, and weight and metabolism. Women's health content is in development for a future phase.

How We Work

Every article is researched against current peer-reviewed literature, clinical guidelines, and authoritative institutional sources. We cite our sources within the prose — not as academic footnotes, but woven naturally so readers can follow the evidence trail if they want to. Where research is mixed or inconclusive, we say so. Intellectual honesty is the foundation of credibility.

We do not take advertising. Where we recommend programmes or services through our vetted partners section, those relationships are disclosed fully and do not influence our editorial positions.

Who We Are

Content is produced by the vitazelos. Editorial Team. We do not publish individual bylines at launch.
